Fitness Instructor

Do you feel uncomfortable walking into a populated gym full of hard bodies, lean physiques and well seasoned trainers ??? Well I have the answer for those of you that fall into that category. Join me in the comforts of my home at Durham Body Sculpting Studio when you and only you are my main focus during fitness instruction.

No need to feel self-conscious or in competition with anyone. Come on your own time for an hour or half an hour and workout at your own pace at a relaxed pace. Choose to excercise on the BOWFLEX, the GAZELLE (Tony Little), the treadmill, AB LOUNGE, or do one on one AEROBICS classes with myself, encouraging you every step of the way. When you are done your workout, you will have the opportunity to sit in the Far Infrared Sauna and enjoy 30 minutes of detoxification and relaxation.

You owe it to yourself to stay healthy and active. I know first hand how difficult it is to lose weight, keep it off and to maintain that newly acquired lifestyle. Some of my clients in the past have been able to accomplish this alone however others struggle with it and claim they need to be accountable for their eating and excercise habits so they came to me. Please allow me to support you through the challenges, opportunities and obstacles of losing weight. Together, we will achieve whatever fitness goals you have set for yourself and your body as an individual, not someone elses.
