Appointments and Cancellations

• Please Make Appointment - Making an appointment as early as possible will ensure that we can accommodate you with your choice of time and staff.
• Arrive Early - For body wraps and spa services we suggest arriving 15 min. prior to your scheduled appointment for your first wrap.
• A Credit Card Is Needed - A credit card is required for all spa appointments or services one hr. or longer at the time of booking. We ask that you kindly give us 24-hour notice if you choose to cancel your services. Without proper notification the treatment price will automatically be charged to your credit card or if you have a package or prepaid service you will forfeit that service.
• Please Be On Time - Our scheduling allows the proper amount of time to complete each service. Punctuality is greatly appreciated. Late arrival may result in less time dedicated to your service and full charges will be applied.
• Make Health Conditions Known - When booking a service, please advise the owner of any significant health conditions you may have or if you may be pregnant. Also the common area of the Wrap Shoppe is Co-Ed let us know if you need privacy for any reason.

General Information, Polices, and Spa Etiquette

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. We suggest leaving your jewelry at home when using our spa.
• Cell phones should be turned off or put on vibrate upon entering the spa in order to ensure maximum stress reduction for all of our clients. If necessary, talking on your cell phone is limited to the reception area only.
• Children under the age of 10, who are not receiving treatments, are not permitted in the spa. This is so we can ensure a calming and relaxing atmosphere for all clients.
• Durham Body Sculpting Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards, and personal checks with proper identification.
