Change your mind set and picture yourself already eating healthier, being active and breathing easier and it will all fall into place. Plan small goals for yourself that you know are attainable. Focus on all of your positive attributes when you wake up in the morning and take time for just YOU during your busy day. Allow yourself the delicious luxuries once in awhile as there is no need for deprivation. Reward yourself with a brisk walk to your most relaxing escape, a long hot bath, a movie with a friend or an extra day of golf !! Continue thinking positive thoughts and really believe that you can achieve whatever you put your mind to. Live healthier and feel stronger just by cutting back on your fat and sugar intake and doing what nature intended for you to do with your BODY. FEED it nutritious foods.........HYDRATE it with clear clean water every day..........and last but not any less important, MOVE your body to the music of life. Find an activity that you know you will enjoy and stay committed to for the duration. (ie. walk with a friend, lift some weights for fun, play hockey, climb on the treadmill, do some yoga, join a gym or work out with your favourite instructor on DVD).
